SMART Chromatography™ SP Boost – Strong Cation IEX Column

Description

SMART Chromatography™ SP Boost is packed with large cross-linked agarose beads, derivatized with sulphopropyl (SP) strong cation ligand. The gel can be used to purify biomolecules via their ion exchange ligands. It is specifically designed for SMART Chromatography™ ion exchange separation.

SMART Chromatography™ uses proprietary ZetaCell solid phases. These are based on large-particle highly cross-linked agarose, which is surface-modified to provide the desired binding functionality. The beads have been designed to allow cells and cell debris from the bioreactor to pass unhindered through the packed column bed.
