Mycoplasma Positive Control
Flip Mycoplasma External Positive Control is intended for use as an optional External Positive Control with the Flip Mycoplasma test in accordance with its Instructions for Use.
The control kit consists of a single 1.5 ml screw cap vial containing 2.5 colony forming unit (CFU) of permanently inactivated Mycoplasma orale (ATCC: 23714) in a dried form.
This preparation of M. orale has been produced from cells harvested in the logarithmic growth phase with a titer determined using qualified mycoplasma agar plates and confirmed by qPCR.
