Midiprep kit for the fast and simple purification of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA, he PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MidiPrep Kit is designed for large-scale extraction from cultured bacterial cells, allowing you to purify plasmid DNA from up to 100 mL of overnight culture, with yields of up to 200 µg.

The purification technology is based on the binding of plasmids to silica-coated magnetic beads, which ensures efficient removal of genomic DNA, proteins, salts, and other contaminants. Following the lysis steps, endotoxins are specifically removed using a dedicated Endotoxin Removal Buffer (ERB), with final endotoxin levels of less than 0.1 EU/µg.
