Description

The PuroMAG™ Fibrous Tissue RNA Kit is specifically designed to purify high-quality total RNA from fibrous animal tissues, including but not limited to skin, skeletal muscle, lung, and heart. The technology is based on RNA binding to silica-coated magnetic beads, which facilitates the efficient removal of contaminants such as genomic DNA, protein, and salt.

This kit includes a crucial DNase I digestion step to eliminate any contaminating DNA, ensuring the highest purity for your experiments.

The flexible protocols allow for both:

• Low-throughput manual purification using magnetic racks.
• High-throughput automatic purification on systems like the Auto-Pure, Kingfisher Flex, Hamilton Microlab STAR, and Biomek FX.
