qMAXSen™ Green qPCR MasterMix (w/o ROX) from Canvax™ is a ready-to-use, 2× concentrated reaction mix optimized for quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) using intercalating dye detection systems that do not require ROX normalization.
The advanced formulation combines a hot-start DNA polymerase, optimized buffer, dNTPs, and MgCl₂ to deliver exceptional sensitivity, reproducibility, and linear quantification across a broad dynamic range.
This master mix ensures precise amplification, high fluorescence signal, and consistent results across all qPCR platforms without passive reference dye correction.
