Ribo-off rRNA Depletion Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat) uses an RNase H-based approach to efficiently remove cytoplasmic (18S, 28S) and mitochondrial (12S, 16S) rRNA species from total RNA. This depletion maximizes the proportion of informative reads in RNA-seq libraries, improves detection of low-abundance transcripts, and enables comprehensive transcriptome analysis.

Suitable for a wide range of RNA inputs (100 ng–1 μg), the kit provides a fast, reliable workflow compatible with standard library preparation protocols.
