Protein A Affinity Chromatography Column (FPLC-Compatible)
ZetaSep Protein A Elevate is a 1 mL FPLC column. Packed with cross-linked agarose beads, immobilized with NaOH tolerant recombinant Protein A ligand.
The column can be used to purify immunoglobulins via their selective affinity to Protein A.
Zetarose Protein A Elevate shows high stability at pH ~2-14 with exposure times of up to 15 minutes to 1 M NaOH.
