The pSpark® Done DNA Cloning Kit is a high-efficiency blunt end cloning system designed for reliable cloning of PCR fragments. Its multiple cloning site incorporates EcoRI and NotI sequences flanking the insertion site, allowing direct excision of inserts with a single restriction digest.
With minimal background (<1%) and up to 2,500 positive colonies under optimal conditions, the kit simplifies workflows, shortens time from PCR to plating (≈19 minutes), and provides cost savings by eliminating the need for primer phosphorylation.
