pSpark® Universal Cloning Kit offers a flexible and efficient solution for cloning both A-tailed and blunt-ended PCR products in a single system. The proprietary dual-end vector design allows direct ligation of fragments generated by either Taq or proofreading polymerases without the need for enzymatic modification or additional preparation steps.
